Sanchith is the son of Sudhir Rao, a software engineer, and Anuradha Rau, a yoga teacher. He resides in Sadashivanagar, Bengaluru. A significant part of his preparation included staying updated on current affairs by reading newspapers daily. Sanchith also participated in numerous mock tests, which helped him analyze his performance, identify weak areas, and improve his time management.

To maintain balance and avoid burnout, Sanchith engaged in physical activities such as tennis. His disciplined routine of both study and physical activity helped keep his mind refreshed and his energy levels high.
